In vs. Out

Let's just pretend this isn't the second one of these posts this week. Sometimes making a list is all I've got.

IN:

- The Atelier. Did you catch my post? I'm currently wanting everything in their summer collection.

- I don't know what this is so funny to me, but I watched it like 10x in a row--cracking up every time. P.S. follow me on Twitter @allison_ellzey

- Date Night tonight! (definitely wearing my new skort)

- Dry Shampoo

- A good night's sleep (P.S. I had a dream last night that I bought a house, but didn't tell Josh #wut)

 - Finally about to move. Y'all the power went out JUST IN MY APARTMENT last night while I was taking a bath. This is not the first time this has happened either. Apparently, the wiring is all screwed up so when I have the AC, washer/dryer, and bath/shower going the power cuts off. Can't wait to get out.
- For most people this is normal, but I got my nails done Friday of last week and they still look good! Having my nails painted (and not chipped) makes me feel that much more put together #winning
- Affiliate links (or whatever they are called)

- Having two concerts to look forward to in the next couple of months

OUT:

- Running out of money on your Starbucks gift cards

- Having to make the choice between eating Chinese take out or being skinny

- Trying to figure out which planner to use next. I currently have a Lilly one and I've had an Erin Condren one in the past. Help?

Have a great weekend!

  1. I love these fun In vs Out posts that you do!! My vote on the planner for you is Lilly- can never go wrong there! And the prints are so cute this year!

And ALWAYS go for Chinese ;-) I had Chinese for dinner last night and it was wonderful.

  5. Hahaha - still can't stop laughing at those flamingos!! And I have a weekly struggle with ordering Chinese food! It's the quickest, cheapest delivery but I know that it's so bad for me :( #firstworldproblems

  8. Okay, I am constantly eating Chinese take out. It's actually a problem. And I LIVE for dry shampoo. Seriously. Definitely try the Day Designer by Blue Sky at Target. It's only $25 compared to a real Day Designer at $60-$80!

  9. Ugh my Starbucks count hit $1 today and I was literally heartbroken because it meant the christmas and birthday gift cards were finally gone :(it's the worst!

  10. It ruins my day when my starbucks card runs out!! On the planner side though, definitely check out the day designer! Target just did a collab with them, I recently bought it and am obsessed already!

  13. Hahaha I love these lists! Congrats on your nail polish not chipping. I totally feel that struggle.

As for the planner conundrum, I currently have 3 ready to go for this year... a Plum Paper Planner, a May Designs agenda, and a Day Designer! I wrote a post about different planner types on my blog as well, if you're interested :)

  14. LMAO! I am dying at the video of 'high school students touring college'. I always see them at UM and laugh because they look so scared and overwhelmed.. that's perfect!

  19. The Atelier is definitely in, and running out of Starbucks cash is ALWAYS OUT. Always. My weakness is connecting my credit card to my app for easy reload...

  20. That tweet is so hilarious, and I'm definitely with you on the starbucks card point! I was on the fence about planners, but today I got a Day Designer from Target (The Daily Agenda Version) and I LOVE it! 10/10 definitely recommend it.
