Tulle'n around Town

I hope everyone had a wonderful Mother's Day weekend! Mine was crazy busy which isn't always a bad thing. Saturday was spent touring all around the town that my mom and dad grew up in (and where my grandma still lives) and taking blog picture of course which is how I know I have the best mom and family around!

I finally got the tulle skirt I've been wanting--and what a way to say hello! spring/summer! I finally found the "one" (at the right price) and went for it.

It makes me feel like a ballerina princess and I could twirl around for hours! If you don't have one, you really should consider--I can't wait to wear mine everywhere (I wonder if they would make fun of me if I wore it to work)!

  1. So cute! I always have this misconception that tulle is too fancy for daytime but I love how you've styled it here :) It works great with that chambray top!

    1. I was too! I was worried about the length (because I just under 5ft.) and the fact that it was a tulle skirt, but I'm obsessed!

  6. I love that skirt! Tulle is so fun to wear. I'll never be too old to twirl around in a flowing shirt, just now I can't twirl as long as I used to haha.

  18. I want a tulle skirt so much! This one is so cute and looks amazing on you. I've been contemplating attempting making one of my own, but I've only made them for costumes and homecoming games. It seems like a task.
