For such a short week, it sure has felt like it's been dragging on. Labor Day is such a tease because, honestly, I wanted the whole week off! Please tell me I'm not the only one who didn't want to go back to the real world...
IN
Johnny Cash--ever since I watched Walk the Line I will randomly want to listen to his songs
Friday Night Football--but mostly getting to see my sister dance at half time
The fact that it's Friday #duh
Being a fashion blogger one day out the week (last week and this week)
The fact that CHASE RICE TOUCHED MY HAND at the concert we went to over Labor Day weekend

OUT
The Steelers losing last night --even though it was a close game!
Panic attacks induced by caffeine making it necessary to cut out coffee (going on 6 days)
Rainy days when you have to go to work
Rainy days when you have to go to work
Have a great weekend everyone (and don't forget to link up with me on September 25th)!
One of my favorite bands, Airborne Toxic Event played a few years ago- the singer, Mikel, totally came over and gave me a side hug. I am so happy I didn't pee myself, but it was a close call. HA!
ReplyDeleteProud of you that you stopped the caffeine! It is hard - but when panic attacks are caused by it, you've gotta do it!
ReplyDeleteOhhh football halftime shows! That really takes me back!
ReplyDeleteLove these posts! I say you do a caffeine free challenge for even longer than the 6 days, you can do it!

Well we are definitely having the same ins right now! I LOVE JOHNNY CASH! I don't know how many times I turn him on and blare the radio. Friday night football games are the best! and I am SUPER jealous you saw Chase Rice and he touched your hand..he's gorg!
ReplyDeleteI'm jealous it rained where you are. We've been having 100 degree temperatures all week and I am so over it.
ReplyDeleteI love these posts! I hope you're surviving the lack of caffeine- I couldn't do it! Have a lovely weekend!

Friday night football is awesome! My high school has their first game tonight, and even though I graduated in May, I'm thinking of going. I totally agree with you on having to work when it's raining -- I work super early in the morning (aka I wake up at 3:30 AM -- YIKES!), and when I woke up for work this morning, it was DOWNPOURING. Waking up that early is already hard, and wanting to stay in bed and fall back asleep to the rain made it even worse!
ReplyDeleteI have felt off all week because of the holiday! That's awesome that your sister's a dancer!
ReplyDeleteI hate working in the rain -- I always want to lay in bed and watch movies instead of be productive.

Caffeine used to be my life blood. I have been a month without having it every day...but slowly getting rid of it!

It was so hard to get up and go to work this morning with the rain. It was the first rainy morning I've had to go in in probably 6 months and I seriously could have stayed in bed all day!
ReplyDeleteSounds like you had quite a week! Hope next week is great too!

Coffee has the same effect on my mom and she freaks when she sees me drink some, but I have to have it (every once in a while)
ReplyDeleteI've totally loved your recent fashion posts, you're super cute girl!
ReplyDeleteWoohoo, love the goal of being a fashion blogger one day out of the week! Welcome to the club :)

In the back of my mind, I still think chase rice is a nobody lol. My boyfriend and I got to hang out with him in Austin when we first started singing and it was so cool! Now he's a mega star and it's so crazy! I loooove Johnny Cash, with a burning passion!
ReplyDeleteUGH, panic attacks are the worst. Definite OUT! :)

So sorry to hear about your panic attacks! I always have to cut out caffeine when I get anxiety too. Feel better!
ReplyDeleteCutting out caffeine definitely helps anxiety...has it been super super helpful for you? I've debated it occasionally, but I LOVEEEE my coffee...I feel like I'd get *more* anxiety from not being able to have it!
