In vs. Out

This week has been made possible by copious amounts of coffee followed by a Red Bull on most days. So, you could say, I'm ready for some R+R.

IN:

Everyone was so excited for the new season of OITNB to release early via Netflix, but my nerd-self was excited to start watching Season 2 of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (which I did until about 3AM last night)
The NBA Finals. Ok so not really, I just want Golden State to win because I think Stephen Curry's daughter is the most adorable little girl ever!
There's exactly one month until my birthday!

OUT:

Not having pictures to post on Instagram during the week--I mean I can only post so many pictures of coffee!
It's literally the worst, when people use poor grammar. THEY'RE, THEIR, THERE have different meanings. Likewise, so do YOUR and YOU'RE. Also principle and principal (your school principal is your PAL) AND stationery and stationary (you use a pen when writing on stationery). #thegrammarpolice

ICYMI:

This AH-MAZE BALLS no bake cheesecake recipe from Monday will leave you wanting to make it every.single.weekend.

Need some motivation to work out? Look no further. I share what motivates me here.

Also, did you catch my interview with Emily from Ember Grey? I confessed that I give Laney a voice similar to Kronk from the Emperor's New Groove!

Now get me to 5PM STAT!

  1. I love the grammar explanations..It bugs me so much about the there, their, and they're.. same with to, two, too - I guess it just shows who really paid attention in school.

    Have a great weekend!

  2. Yes to Steph Curry's daughter! My husband is a die hard basketball fan so I therefore have to watch every game. I am with you on not watching OITNB, I was watching old One Tree Hill last night haha.

  3. I mean, did no one pay attention to grammar in school? At least the basics. Get it together, people.

  5. Isn't Riley Curry the cutest?! I know a lot of people have given him a hard time about bringing her to the post game interviews, but I think it's great that he's sharing those moments with her. And I will definitely be binge watching OITNB this weekend.

  6. Yeah the your and you're really bugs me. Another one that gets me is that so many people don't know when to use "either" versus "neither"!

  7. I love that you are #thegrammarpolice and I'm trying so hard not to watch OITNB. I want to pace myself.

  8. I am with you on the grammar! I am the friend who also corrects people! I can't stand when people use 'your' when meaning 'you're'. I am so excited for OITNB.

  9. Good grammar makes me happy.
I am the grammar nazi and people get annoyed, but it's fine.
I started watching OITNB last night and will probably finish this weekend.

  10. Haha I HATE bad grammar as well! I'm from Ohio, so naturally I'm rooting for the Cavs, but we shall see what happens! (:

  11. I have to laugh because using there, their, and they're incorrectly is a pet peeve of mine! It's something I always notice!

  17. I can't help but judge a little when people use the wrong your/you're...I try not to but it's such a ridiculous mistake!

  18. I hate it when I don't have pictures to post on Instagram! I always feel so behind. It's usually because I am busy working though so I guess the unproductive thing is a bit counter intuitive. Haha
